    Hello,

    I received the following e-mail:

    Attention, please!

“Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” plugin error on your site “XY”:

*** Antispam disabled. Check access key in CleanTalk plugin options. ***

I checked the plugin settings and it seemed that everything is working. I checked the Cleantalk dashboard and shows that it’s active. However I immediately started getting the “New User Registration” e-mails, so I think the plugin is not working.

Any advice on what the issue is?

    Appreciate your quick response!

After checking the logs on the Dashboard, all recent registrations are marked as “Service disabled”, although the Status is showing as “Active” for the site.
