• Good day
for some reason the plugin was uninstalled from our website. I can’t remember doing it myself, but I cannot find it any more.
When I try and reinstall it I get an error message that reads: Installation failed: The destination folder already exists.

Any ideas on how I can get the PDF Invoice plugin back up and running on our site?

    Many thanks!

If this happens it means that for some reason the plugin folder is still active even though the main plugin file is no longer there. You’ll have to remove the folder woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips from the wp-content/plugins/ folder on your site via FTP or filemanager from your host. Unfortunately I don’t know of ways to do this without FTP, but let us know if you need more help with this!

In addition to what @pomegranate said, you can use the plugin File Manager to access to your plugins directory withing your WP dashboard. You need to install and activate the plugin, go to Dashboard > WP File Manager, browse your plugins directory (/wp-content/plugins/) and remove the woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips folder:

Let us know if it works!

Do note that such plugins are typically more vulnerable to security holes than other plugins, so if you do decide to use the WP File Manager plugin, make sure to delete it afterwards.
