Plugin Error Loading Posts

Hi, same thing creating or modifying an exixting page on a local dev site (windows10 – wamp64) :

Failed to load plugin url: https://admlyonvilleurbanne/wp-content/plugins/buttons-shortcode-and-widget/include/otw_components/otw_shortcode//js/langs/fr.js

It seems that the syntax is not correct at the end of line ..(//js/langs/fr.js)

I checked, i dont have any //js/langs folder ??
Should I re-install ?
