Plugin error creates WSOD

I’ve recently got a white screen of death with only the word ‘error’ appearing on my screen. I changed the plugin folder name and the errors (2) seem to stem from Warning: require_once(G:\wamp\www/wp-content/plugins/db-cache-reloaded-fix/db-module.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in G:\wamp\www\wp-content\db.php on line 94

I have no clue how to fix this/what to do. I kept refreshing and after about 10 minutes the site returned, but it happened again a few minutes later.
