@jozephbrasil Thanks for reaching out. Hopefully we can determine the cause and ensure Site Kit works as expected for you. If you’d like to share the below information we can hopefully determine the cause:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboards from a Chrome browser incognito window please share any browser console errors that appear.
    3. Do you recall any changes make to your WordPress site since this started to occur? This may include configuration changes with other plugins, plugin updates or the installation of other plugins.

@johnmichaelpacholli It would be great if you could open an individual support topic and also share the above while we investigate this further. Thanks for reporting!

Once we have the above information we can provide some troubleshooting steps using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Many others are reporting same error…

@jozephbrasil I understand, we do have a couple of such topics. With that we’ve create the below GitHub issue:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4235

With your help we may be able to determine the cause. This could be as a result of a number of reasons, including a plugin or theme conflict, a hosting related feature or something else.

If possible can you share the information requested above and I’ll try to create a similar environment to your own and we can troubleshoot this?

@jozephbrasil Just following up with you to check whether the same issue persists? If so can you share the details requested above and we can investigate this further?

@jozephbrasil As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!

@jozephbrasil Just to let you know that we’ve determined that there is a particular plugin conflict that can result in this error. You’ll find out more on this by visiting the related GitHub issue below:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4235

If you’re using the RegistrtionMagic plugin they’ve confirmed that they’re planning a fix for this with an upcoming release. In the meantime if you’re looking to view your Site Kit dashboards with RegistrationMagic active you can install and activate a mini plugin that addresses this conflict. Once the RegistrationMagic update is out this mini plugin will no longer be required.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi @johnmichaelpacholli, @jozephbrasil

The Registration Magic have provided a fix for this in their latest plugin version, 5.0.2.2.

Please upgrade to this latest version. After doing so the error previously reported will no longer occur.

If you were using the mini plugin proposed above as a temporary fix this is no longer required after updating to the latest version of Registration Magic.
