Hi. This plugin is causing my WordPress customiser to refresh on a continuous loop (like every two seconds). Not sure why, because it happens even with only this plugin active. It looks like there’s a 404 happening over and over again. I could not replicate it in my test site though. So it seems it began randomly by itself.

Hi. I restored a database backup from the previous day and the issue seemed to have resolved itself. The issue occurred even with all plugins disabled except external links itself and it began randomly when I was editing CSS in the customiser. Even my theme author looked at it and recommended I speak to the plugin author in case the issue has ever happened before. I will consider it resolved for now. If it occurs again I will let you know. Cheers and thanks!

OK, great! Maybe it was a one time thing related to cache or something.

@talextech @webfactory @underconstructionpage @googlemapswidget @securityninja @wpreset I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
