[Plugin: Enhanced WP Contact Form] Plugin does not work properly with Firefox

When installed, the plugin displays the first line of the form, and pushes everything else way down to to the bottom of the page.
I realise this question has been asked before, but the person who asked it simply ended up using another contact form plugin entirely, which doesn’t solve the problem this plugin has.
