[Plugin: Embedly] Only works somtimes…

It has worked a total of 4 times. Apparently, when you embed a URL, it has to communicate with the Embedly servers to receive some code back.
80% of the time, when you put in a URL and hit the “preview” (required before “Embed this URL”), it just churns. Contacted support twice. The first time they said their server may be overloaded, but that they recommended, also, to no use an IP filtering (you can filter by IP or referrer to add security). So, I embed my first 2 URLs, worked fine.
Then, didn’t work for two days. I contact support (1st time) they give me the info as mentioned above. I don’t actually do anything but go try again, this time it worked, I added two more URLS. Two nights later, it’s not embedding again. Email to support hasn’t had a response yet.
Too bad, it works great when it works, but being able to embed only 20% of the time doesn’t work. And they charge between 20.00 and 2000.00 a month?? No way.
