[Plugin: Embed Iframe] plugin not working

I have a new site running wp3.0.4, the only plugin I have installed and active at this point is the Embed iFrame but it’s not working.
I inserted on my page:
[iframe https://www.wishlistr.com 300 900]
This is what I get:
https://wishlist.norasid.com/Please help. I’ve used this plugin before and it has worked but not sure if it’s compatible with wp3.0.4
