[Plugin: Email newsletter] Email All Comments to Group

I am desperate for a plugin that would email a predetermined list of people, all the comments posted to this site; https://oldstockdale.neighborhoodcrimealert.net/.

Subscriptions via RSS would not work for this group, they’re older and it needs to be simple. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
