[Plugin: Email Before Download] Trouble adding multiple files

  • Hello,

    I am running into trouble configuring the multiple file download.

    Here’s what I put into my Contact Form 7:

    <p>Full Name (required)<br />
    [text* name] </p>

<p>Email Address (required)<br />
    [email* email] </p>

<p>Organization/Business/School (required)<br />
    [text* organization] </p>

<p>Phone Number<br />
    [text phone] </p>

<ebd />

<p>[submit "Download"]</p>

    Then I uploaded both of the files that I want the user to be able to download.

    Then I put the following shortcode on my page:

    [email-download download_id="1,2" contact_form_id="1617"]

    When I view the page, it has the form, but the form has a checkbox only next to ONE of the files…

    What am I doing wrong?

    Sorry for the long delay. We are working on the plugin in our spare time and sometimes overlook the posts in the forums.
    Have you been able to resolve the issue?
