    Hi Cantian22,

We only have the shortcode option available for the plugin at this time. Can you describe your use case in more detail (adding in HTML on a page/post, in a widget, or some other specific place) so we can determine how useful this might be for others?

    Hey Mandsconsulting,

Great plugin! Just wanted to jump onto this topic to give some ideas.

I love the way download manager’s [download_page] displays, with the categories listed separately. One thing that would be really useful is to have a single page where all my downloads, displayed according to category, are visible with tick boxes and then they can download everything in one go without needing to complete a different form each time. Right now I am using the multiple download method for each category on pages related to that category, but can’t use the [download page] feature since that goes off to different individual download pages generated by download manager.

I’m no programmer so I would know how to start on this, but it’s just an idea for down the road. Thanks for the great plugin.

    Hi vdowsett,

Sounds like a neat idea. We will take a look at the download_page capability from Download Monitor and see if we can incorporate. This would likely be something we put into a major release of the plugin, but keep checking our change logs when a new version comes out.

Hey just adding another thought. It would be great to call downloads by category id in the shortcode then have the list displayed like with multiple downloads. That way the list is automatically updated each time you add a download to a category, rather than having to manually edit each page containing that category.
