[Plugin: Email Before Download] Downloaded file log

  • Hi there,

    I am using Email before Download and I was wondering about multiple files for download. EBD sends an email to me when a user downloads a file and I need to add both the files selected for download and if possible, the actual file that has been downloaded.

    For example, I have three files for download. The user selects all three in the multiple downloads form, enters the information in the form and gets three inline links. I get an email which shows the files that the user selected. But how can I include in the email and the log which file the user actually downloaded or which link was clicked.

    Hi tpwp,

    I’m not sure I understand what specifically is not being tracked that you are looking for. Both inline or email links are tracked when clicked based on the unique identifier each download is given. If you could perhaps send over some screenshots of what might be missing, we can take a deeper look into it.
