[Plugin: Email Before Download] CSV File that has First Name, Last Name and Email

  • I love the plug-in so far, i just have one concern. When I download the CSV log to my computer, I only see the email address of the person that downloaded my file. I wondered if there was any way I could also retrieve their fitst and last name as well. I would like to identify people by their name when I send follow up email to them as a part of my marketing strategy. Please help!

    item_id email download_id selected_id filename item_title time_requested posted_data delivered_as

    Hi la33coug,

    Thanks for your note! Since Contact Form 7 can have any number of the fields in addition to email, we save them all in that XML. We will consider pulling the name field out into a specific column along with email in an upcoming release.

    Can you please elaborate on that a little?

    I am not sure how I can use the XML from Contact Form 7. Can you please explain how we would pull the log file with name and email address? Is there a quick fix for this possibly?
