    Any help here?

    Hi nyartboy,

We will plan to add a “clear logs” button in the next release. Otherwise, people that are okay with going directly in the DB can manipulate the wp_ebd_link table.

I am using ‘Email Before Download’ along with ‘WordPress Download Monitor’ and ‘Contact Form 7’ to collect emails and then allow the download of a song. Everything is working fine (collecting emails, providing download link inline and sending an email with the link, downloading) except the tracking of the downloads. When I go to the dashboard and look at Download Stats and Top 5 Downloads, nothing is changing. If I go into the settings for ‘Email Before Download’ and download the CSV file I can see that downloads are occurring. I would like to be able to see what is being downloaded without having to download a CSV file every day.

The page in question is https://www.joeyssong.com/kids-music

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Kevin

    Hi kbaird62,

Thank you for using our plugin. We have seen some differences (sometimes depending on the user’s browser) with the counter incrementing in Download Monitor while using Email Before Download. We will work to address this issue in an upcoming release.
