[Plugin: Email Address Encoder] Unsure about it working right now

My source code – in the backend (html of wysiwyg) and source code of the output page are identical – shouldn’t I see the standard hex fomatting? The plugin is installed and activated – not sure here…running WordPress 3.2.1
