[Plugin: Email Address Encoder] Doesn't work with email in footer?

Hi,

This plugin is working great with emails in the content section of my site but I also have an email in the footer that doesn’t encode. I read the docs that said this is for performance reasons that the whole site doesn’t encode. What’s the best way to encode the footer?
