[Plugin: Electric Studio Download Counter] Plugin causes issues with WordPress 3.3

I just installed WordPress 3.3 and when I went to make a new post I had two problems:

1) I put in the title and the Permalink below it did not appear.

2) I tried to change the post from Immediately to Schedule a post and when I clicked the Edit button nothing happened. The expanded menu with the schedule information would not appear.

I disabled all plugins and both issues were resolved. I reactivated my plugins one by one and found Electric Studio Download Counter to be the culprit.

Will there be a fix for this?
