[Plugin: Electric Studio Client Login] How to configure client login in widget section

I have installed the Electric Studio client log-in plug-in, and I understand how to add users to the database, however I don’t know how to configure the login in the widget area using the shortcode. How do I create a client login and password field in the widget area? A you Tube tutorial for beginners would be so helpful! Basic instructions to configure the plugin on the site with photos would also help. Anything at all – I’m totally at a loss.
