Plugin effects custom menu positions

Hard to explain so I made a video.

Basically, I demonstrate the issue with the custom menu order with and without your plugin activated. For some reason while it is activated, it will only allow one particular order for the menus.

I would appreciate a workaround for this till you can get it fixed.

The website is flyppl.com however the site is currently password protected. I’ll be happy to remove the password protection so you can see the site, but not sure if that is necessary?
