Plugin Editor does not work, worse support

  • Unfortunately the plugin Editor does not work (no permission). This was main reson to buy it. Had contact to support to check some points. Did answer and got no feedback. Sorry…. zero points

    You need to navigate to Theme Editor > Settings, kindly check if the setting for Plugin Editor enables or not then navigate to Theme Editor > Access Control and check permissions for User and User Roles (with which you are logged in and accessing the theme editor) are checked for Plugin Editor and save changes.”
