[Plugin: Edit Flow] WP Document Revisions Plug in error

    To any and all who can help,

    I’ve used a stripped down WP site with just edit-flow and “WP Document Revisions” to try and help isolate this error but I’m still getting it when I try and view the “WP document revisions” documents in “all documents”. The error I see is listed below:

    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/content/64/8790964/html/documents/wp-content/plugins/wp-document-revisions/includes/admin.php on line 785

    Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Lastest version of each just downloaded from WP plugin site.

    It sounds like something may have been installed incorrectly, or your missing some of your code. This also looks like it’s an error specific to WP Document Revision’s workflow states. I’ll ask Ben if he can lend more insight.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. If you give the development version a try, linked below, it should solve the problem, otherwise, look for a stable update to address this issue very soon.

    I wanted to thank you guys for getting back to me.

    Ben, the development version of WP Document Revisions you sent me the link for did indeed fix the issue with edit-flow.

    There is however, another problem that I will send you a separate email about to your balter.com account.

    I just installed the latest dev verison of wp-doc-rev (https://github.com/benbalter/WP-Document-Revisions/zipball/develop
    )
    When I add a document as a admin all other users with different roles (authors, editors, and contributors) can not see the document. Even If I (local admin) assign it to a local user or a ldap user once I login as that local or domain user (using any role other than admin) I can not see the document.
    What am I doing wrong? I do not want to make EVERY user a admin on the site.

    also, I would like to create teams so that only certain teams can see documents when logged in. any recommendations on how to do this? thanks in advanced

    btw I am using the lated WP in a multisite enviroment
