[Plugin: Edit Flow] Bug: author dropdown on the calendar page

Hey guys, I ran into a little bug, thought I should pass it along.

The author dropdown on the calendar page needs a max-width. I guess it normally shouldn’t be an issue, and the bug allowed me to spot a spambot user with a realllllly long username, but it also broke the formatting of the calendar page (see here: https://clarklab.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/2012-02-06_190023.png )

While we’re at it, should the dropdown include all users? We’ve got like 40k+ users and the dropdown gets a bit gnarly. Any way to just load the authors in there?
