    Hi @lutherblissett,

Thanks for using EasyRotator for WordPress. If you can post a diagram of the layout you want, I can let me know if there’s already a built-in template with this design or if we could create a custom template to meet your needs.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

Here’s a link to a diagram of the layout.

That is a simpler version of the layout I would like to achieve, which is this one:

    Thanks

    Hi,

Here is a Pro template (in the Pro tab in the Layout/Presentation section) that’s very close to what you want: https://img.skitch.com/20120809-j5uyhk76bnntyj89ic1e5egyqh.png

If the number of columns of thumbnails were reduced, would that be what you have in mind?

Yes, that could work, if only the columns were two instead of three, and it had more space the slideshow and less the thumbnails

    Hi,

If you’d like to use that template, please send the URL of your page with the rotator; I’ll show the specific code modifications that are needed to adjust the thumbnail area’s size.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

Well, at the moment I am doing some tests on a provisional site.
    The url is this.

One further question: what happens if the thumbnails number outsizes the height of the slideshow? Some kind of navigation arrow would appear, or the thumbnails would keep appearing down the line?

    Hi,

Sorry for the confusion, but you need to first apply the template I had mentioned earlier ( https://img.skitch.com/20120809-j5uyhk76bnntyj89ic1e5egyqh.png ). I can then show the changes that are needed to that template’s code.

In that template, arrows automatically appear to allow navigation through the thumbnails when there are many thumbnails.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

Ok. Before applying the template though, I would like to know whether it will be possible to have 2 thumbnails columns instead of the three that appear in your image. (That way, I could also have more room for the slideshow).

    Thanks again

    Hi,

As I mentioned before, I need you to apply that template so I can show you how to modify the thumbnail area to accomodate only two thumbnail columns instead of three.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill
