    I have same problem:
Easy Rotator installed successfully but when try to insert a rotator get the following message:
An error occurred while attempting to make a WordPress Connection API call. Details:
    [IOErrorEvent type=”ioError” bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text=”Error #2032″]
All the forums I search give possible answers which are too technical for me (I thought WP was supposed to be simple!)
Any ideas what I should do next please?

    Hello,

If this error occurs when you click “Insert Rotator” in the WordPress dashboard, first make sure that the following directory has the appropriate permissions such that it is fully accessible to and writable by the web server:

    wp-content/uploads/EasyRotatorStorage/user-content/

If you’re not familiar with unix file permissions, contact your webhost.

If you receive this error in the editor application when attempting to upload, please check this article for additional recommendations: https://www.dwuser.com/support/easyrotator/kb/common-editor-application-errors/#upload

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill
