[Plugin: Easyfileshop] No orders or auto email

  • Did you turn on “Auto Return” in your PayPal settings? This allows PayPal to send out an email auto response with a download link. Also check in the easyfileshop settings to see if the order showed up in the list.

    I encounter the same issue. I test to purchase my product, and it was successfully paid. But in the Transaction List the “Status” is “invalid payment status: pending”.

    And no email was sent to my purchaser’s email.
