[Plugin: Easy Restaurant Menu Manager] Output categories into navigation

Hi, thumbs up for this plugin!

My suggestion for the next Version would be, output a list of Categories into a Widget Navigation you can include into a sidebar, that way you’ll have a nice little anchored navigation on the left/right when your menu get’s quite long.
