[Plugin: Easy Nivo Slider] Thumbnail navigation not showing

  • I’m using v2 beta.

    My main problem is that I have the slideshow displaying but not the thumbnail navigation underneath

    The shortcode generator in the visual editor is not offering any way to use a nextgen gallery but some research showed that nivo source="nextgen" gallery=2 would do that

    The Visual editor shortcode generator is brilliant- but I don’t see any shortcode for thumbnail navigation

    Please does anyone know the shortcode for displaying thumbnail navigation     – and I’ll enter it manually.

    Also I tried adding the speed and delay- here’s my full shortcode
    [nivo source="nextgen" gallery=2 number=20 orderby="menu_order" number=20 speed=10000 pause=2000] and I get all the slides showing up underneath each other-not sure why but somehow it breaks the code.
    I’ve also tried without the ” [nivo source=nextgen gallery=2 number=20 orderby=menu_order number=20 speed=10000 pause=2000] – same result

    The most important thing is to get the thumbnail navigation happening – hope someone can help because it’s a great plugin. I have used NextGen a lot but the web expects more fancy stuff!! This plugin with it’s Dashboard configuration and the visual editor auto shortcode is really user friendly – I expect there’s just a few bugs to iron out

    I’m still searching for an answer- I have a test gallery working,
    [nivo source="nextgen" gallery="2" orderby="menu_order" size+"second"]

    All I need is for the thumbs to display underneath the slideshow so people can choose which image is next, instead of it automatically scrolling through the gallery

    I have disabled version 2 and tried v1.62- but nothing changes. The onlu options I get are to use images from pages or posts, but i already have nextgen galleries (4) set up.

    Anyone??

    I am still struggling with this-

    All I want is thumbnail navigation.

    When configuring the plugin the demo at the bottom of the page is EXACTLY what I want, but it doesn’t show on the page- I think I may have to specify thumbnail navigation in the shortcode?

    UPDATE – I have the thumbnail navigation working if i set up just with Easy Nivo Slider.

    It is the nextgen configuration page in Easy Nivo Slider that doesn’t offer the thumbnail option to be set.
