[Plugin: Easy-FancyBox] Fancybox not working, theme conflict?

Having some issues getting easy-fancybox to work, as I have just had to re-upload my wordpress theme due to technical issues. It was working fine before, but since restoring the theme files, links do not open with the fancybox overlay. You can see this issue here, where the images are linking to youtube, rather than playing the videos in the fancybox overlay. Any help would be much appreciated.
