[Plugin: Easy FancyBox] Can I get a javascript form to open in an overlay?

I am using the Easy FancyBox plugin. I would like my users to be able to click on a certain image and have it load some javascript in an overlay. I am using the javascript on my site right now – it’s an AWeber sign up form.

The page I want to use it on is https://knitfreedom.com/free-patterns/worsted-weight-socks – right now I have an icon of the PDF logo and the form below it. I want people to be able to click on the PDF logo and have the form appear in an overlay.

Is there any way to do this? Thank you!
