There are two template options for the purchase receipt. If you switch to the other one, does it make any difference?

I found the problem. It turns out that including dashes, -, in the download files names breaks the email. I’m not quite sure why, but I’ve reported it as a bug and will get it fixed.

I tested it with spaces and no spaces, and both worked fine.
