[Plugin: Easy Contact] Form gone after upgrade

Hello, i recently updated easy-contact-form plugin (to version 1.3.2) but now suddenly my created fields inside the form are gone! The only thing that left is the Form Short Code ([easy_contact_forms fid=…]), and the name of the form that i created.
When i click on the created name all the fields that i created are empty now! How did this happen?
Ofcourse i can create a new fields inside the form, but with a new update then probably all my created fields are gone again. Please help!
