[Plugin: Easy AdSense] Home page placement…

I want to put 2 blocks on my home page, after the articles, side by side in the main content area. Is there a way to ad them to my index.php page in my theme? or do I only have the 6 options (3 in post, 3 sidebar) in the admin section?

i also use ad-minster and it gives you the default widget, but then also gives you code to ad templates. Is this a feature you might ad down the road?
