    Sounds like the service you’re received is not what we’re aiming for. I’m sorry for that and I’m here to help.

    Our chat and ticket system are working fine and around the clock, but I assume the problem could be related to receiving replies from our support or something similar as we maintain communications with thousands of customers each day.
