[Plugin: Dynamic "To Top" Plugin] Button doesn't show up

Hi,
I have the same problem. The button was working fine, but after installing W3 Total Cache it stop showing. I have tried to disable and delete the cache plugin, but still nothing. The site is https://www.tsarevo.info and W3 Total Cache is currently turned on again.
