[Plugin: Dynamic "To Top" Plugin] Add title attribute or tooltip on button

First of all, I want to thank for making this awesome plugin.
I’m wondering where I can add a “title” HTML attribute to the tag around the button to create something like a tooltip that says “To top”…Thanks in advance
