[Plugin: Duplicator] Character problem

I read FAQ and did:
1. When creating a package uncheck the checkbox ‘Enable database encoding’ from the options dialog
2. When running the installer make sure the checkbox for ‘Enable MySQL character set’ is checkedTested 0.3.0 and 0.3.1 versions. In 0.3.1 there is no chekbox ‘Enable MySQL character set’ when running the installer.
