    Hello,

    thank you for this necessary plugin I’ve searched for. Everything works fine, great! ?? Just a (tiny) suggestion for a future option: Please duplicate the permalink, too. In some (especially in my) cases it would make the work a bit easier and faster

  • That’s not possible! The permalink, as per WP database specification, must be unique…
    In fact, my code already attempts to copy post_name field (a.k.a. the slug), but that instruction seems to be ignored, and in the edit screen of the new draft you should see that the proposed slug is based on the title: if the title is the same of the old post (i.e. you didn’t set a prefix in the options), the slug is the same of the old post, with “-2” appended. And if you try to remove the “-2”, you find that you can’t…
