Plugin Dumps Code on Pagination Pages

    Hi,

    I’ve noticed that when no events are available, on pagination pages, the Showpass shortcode dumps code onto the page. Feel free to take a look at the link provided. We were doing a site crawl and a mobile usability error came up, which is tied to this issue. There isn’t a way for users to access this page naturally, but it’s still a problem from an SEO standpoint. It’s the showpass_events shortcode that’s outputting the code. Please let me know what’s going on and if you have any suggestions for fixing it.

    I’m still seeing this after updating the extension to the newest version. You can see this issue on any page_number greater than the ones that have events available. For instance, if you replace the number “2” in the link provided with the number “4” you’ll see the code dump.

    It’s been almost two weeks since my first question–do you have any updates on this? I’m wondering if you maintain this support section at all.

    Hey @girlgold, sorry for the delay here – we haven’t had any support requests here before so it has not been monitored on a regular basis.

    We will get this fixed up for you and push out a new version of the plugin.

    Hey @girlgold – the new version 3.5.8 will fix the issue you are experiencing.

    You can also use the parameter page_size=’5′ on the shortcode to control the number of events that are returned in the API call. https://github.com/showpass/showpass-wordpress-plugin#23-page-size-parameter
