Hi! Your plugin does exactly what my client wants on her website : she wants an alphabetical pagination in her online woocommerce shop. I activated the free plugin, the alphabet appeared in the shop, but nothing happens when I click on the letters. I watched your tutorials too. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Can you please help me?

Sure, we can help you. In fact your theme is using more than one main query on this page. Can you please link here a screenshot of your settings page. Or simply try to change the query number on settings page. If you click on custom radio button, there is an input field for query number.

If you notice, a few alphabets are disabled and few are active. It means plugin is filtering some results but not your required ones.

Wow, you’re quick to answer! Thank you!

There’s the screenshot of the settings page : https://www.mag-intl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Capture-de?cran-le-2020-11-17-a?-09.53.46.png

Can I change the query number with the free version?

Usually it works with WordPress themes as WordPress recommends one main query per page. Maybe this theme developed with multiple main queries. That’s why custom implementation provided with this feature. Please confirm if you developed this theme or it is a standard one?

If I buy the pro plugin, do I have a guarantee that it will work?

It is guaranteed even in FREE version. We are not aware yet that why this page is using multiple main queries. Please hold, instead of buying the pro copy, please join us on demo website so we can test it together. Because pro version is only required if somebody is using custom queries etc. as you are fine with the auto implementation so we should troubleshoot it first.
