• If your site has a custom structure as /%category%/%postname%.html this plugin don’t work correctly and generates bugs with URL slugs translation.
Also, it generates extra / in the sitemap for each adsress.
Tech support rarely responds and only 4 days a week, so I do not recommend buying this plugin.

    Hi,

First of all, we are sorry that you had to wait so long.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon. We are truly committed to this product — it’s one of our best. We are constantly releasing updates and since it has so many users, we are certainly not thinking about abandoning it.

While we are not allowed to discuss about pro features on the free forum, what I can say is that we manage to replicate the issue on our instances. Our developers were noticed and they will try to bring a solution.

Hi, thanks for the answer. In any case, you should honestly warn customers before buying that your plugin works with restrictions and not on all sites.

Thank you for your suggestion. It will be considered.

At the same time, this is not a common configuration. I mean, it works well if you don’t specify the .html in the structure. You are the first user that reports this, so it wasn’t encountered in the past, thus why we didn’t treat it. But we thank you again for noticed us about this.

Hello, any updates? When do you plan to fix this bug?

    Hi,

We don’t have any update on this.
Please understand that we prioritize these new configurations based on the number of requirements from the users. This feature isn’t at the top of the list, unfortunately. We take it in our consideration, but first, we need to prioritize the most required proposals.
As a workaround, we recommend you to use a permalink structure without the.html extension at the end.

Thank you for recommendations, but in old projects, I need structure with the.html
