Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your if the event is being tracked in Google Tag Manager using the Tag Assistant Companion extension. It looks like every site interaction is registering an analytics hit, which suggests that Google Analytics is integrated properly: screenshot.

However, in March 2024, Google introduced Consent Mode to comply with privacy regulations in the EEA/EU/UK. This means website visitors from these regions must explicitly grant consent for cookies before any analytics tracking occurs.

Without consent, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads won’t capture data from users in these locations. To maintain accurate tracking, you’ll need to implement Consent Tracking using third-party plugins like Complianz or the Consent Mode API.

This new requirement might explain discrepancies between your store data and Google Analytics/Ads, as tracking will only work when users give consent.

If that’s not the issue, it would help to review your System Status Report for more insight. You can find this in your WooCommerce dashboard under: WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Additionally, if there are any fatal error logs, you can access them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

After reviewing the SSR, I noticed that WP Rocket is activated on your site. It’s possible that there’s an issue with WP Rocket and its interaction with Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking.

This is often caused by delays in JavaScript execution. You can find more details and possible solutions for this issue in this article: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1492-google-analytics-google-ads-tracking-issues

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin. Also, switch to a default WordPress theme, like Storefront, to see if the issue persists. If there’s any custom code on your site, please remove that as well.

Thank you for the clarification. For testing, please temporarily disable LiteSpeed Cache and monitor the performance of the analytics for some days or a week. Also, I noticed you have a Code Snippets plugin installed along with a Child Theme Configurator. Could you share any custom code you’ve added to your site and the reason for using both plugins?

Thank you for your feedback and clarification. Let’s take a step back. I noticed that @jonayedhosen requested you to share the fatal error log, but it seems you haven’t responded to that yet. Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any fatal error logs or any entries related to Google Analytics for WooCommerce.
