    Hi.

I have been passed a multisite created, supposedly all well configured, to create a copy of the main site in several domains.

When I entered the backoffice of the main site, the client had already created the sites as subdomains, which redirect to a domain, all empty.

With NS Cloner I couldn’t clone the main site to an existing site, so I removed one of those sites to test.

NS Cloner theoretically processes cloning from parent site to subdomain correctly, but I can’t get it to work.

I have tried having the subdomain created in Plesk, and without having it created, but I can’t make the cloning visible (there is always the default Plesk page).

Is there something I am doing wrong?`

    Hi there,

You don’t need to create the subdomain every time, you can use wildcard subdomains. Please contact your web host to find out if wildcard subdomains are active.

Once thing you can try to check if it’s Cloner or something else is to try and manually add a new site (not using Cloner) — does the same thing happen?

    Solved.
    My error.

When I created the subdomains, I forgot to set them as the root directory of the main site directory. Putting that already works correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience
