[Plugin: Donate Plus] Feature Request: Monthly donations

Standard PayPal donation forms can handle donation with an amount with a monthly duration.
For example: $5 @ 12 months.
Currently only a one time donation is handled. This would greatly serve non-profits and fund raising drives for a specific time length.
