[Plugin: Donate Plus] Changing the Website Fielf output

Hi

I’ve noticed that when users donate, their Name is printed onto the widget as a URL to whatever was entered into the Website field

Is there anyway to change that output? What I wanted to do was was make the URL be ‘https://mywebsite.com/%5BWebsiteFieldInput%5D’

Can you help me with this?
