Plugin does't send mail

I’m facing the same problem.

I SEE A RESPONSE MESSAGE “YOUR MESSAGE WAS SENT SUCCESSFULLY” WITH GREEN BORDER, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE A MAIL FOR THAT.

Please let me know the solution to it?
