    Hi.
We’ve updated our woocommerce plugin to the 6.3.1 version and the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter doesn’t work. It appears that no product can be found.
    Why is this happening?

    Thanks

  • Hi. I have the same problem. Can you share how the issue was solved?

Hello I have a similar problem. I dont know if it is related with woocommerce but I guess so because I did not do any changes. My shop filters are not working 100%.

In my case there are some filters not working. I need a quick solution as I have many many products and cannot update one by one

This is a very critical issue and I did not find any “automatic” solution.

    This is the site: https://voydriving.com/vehiculos/

It is a renting site that filters cars, and you may notice for example when using “Combustible” = Eléctrico that no cars are filtered, nevertheless I have many electric cars; teslas, minis, toyotas…

I need to fix this asap.

    Thanks in advance!`

    Just fixed it,

I had to export all the products and import them back again.

Hope this can be useful for someone ??

Hi @juanchovega did the export/import solve the issue permanently? Because I managed to solve it by forcing WC database update and attribute table refresh, however after few minutes the problem is back again…

    Hi frafor,

For me it is still working and I see there are no problems.

It is a fast and easy solution ??

But if you want to check first you can go to a product > edit > and save withoud doing changes.

When I did that the product filters started working again on this product. If it also works for you I would try my solution, fast and easy and dont have nothing to loose.

If it does not work then you can try to recover an old backup.

Let me know how it goes, good luck!!

    Bests,

    Hope this helps you.

Hi! I faced the same problem, and it was worst as my eshop has two languages (similar to this case mentioned in WPML forum). It definately happens after updating to WooCommerce 3.6.1. The YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filters for categories and attributes are missing/misbehaving.

The two actions which saved me after spending two days to solve this:

    1) after updating to woocommerce 6.3.1, you must update the woo database !!!
Then the categories filter appears, but maybe not hierarchically.

    2) try to edit (make a small change) to a published product (both to it’s body and attributes) and save it.

Another workarounds didn’t work for me or where temporal (eg Regenerate the product attributes lookup table).

PS. @bestpresents I would suggest to rename this thread to “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter doesn’t work with woocommerce 6.3.1” to help other people find it.

Unfortunately, saving and editing solution was temporal for some hour, and the translated attribute-filters dissapeared again.

So the solution of @mk521 as mentioned here gives the permanent solution: to disable the woo commerce 6 new filtering function by deselecting the “enable tracking usage” function in woocommerce> product> advanced.

    Hi there,

I confirm to you that the solution proposed in the last post of arisr works fine, the issue seems to be related to latest WooCommerce update.
