Hi, I installed your plugin in a website which use Divi Theme but the code doesn’t show in the Source code neither if I send test traffic in analytics.

Is there anything I can do to make it work?

    Thanks!

    Hi Monica,

I’ve received a support ticket about this before, so it might be time to do something about it. ??

It’s probably due to the way Divi implements the default wp_header or _footer. So I should write a compatibility fix for that.

Sadly I don’t have access to a Divi theme. Please use the contact form on my website to contact me, so you can send me the files I need.

    Thanks!

    Hi Daan,

I already did it in this URL https://dev.daanvandenbergh.com/contact/

Thank you, Monica. I’ve tested CAOS with Divi theme and with the default options and no other plugins installed. Everything seems to be working fine. The snippet is inserted (both in header or footer) and traffic is recorded in my Analytics Dashboard.

If the snippet doesn’t appear on your site; it could be that another plugin is modifying the way wp_head() or wp_footer() is called. Try disabling all other plugins and see if it appears then. If that doesn’t work, try setting Divi-theme back to the default settings to see if that solves anything. After that, re-enable every option 1 by 1 to see which settings causes it to work incorrectly.

    Good luck.
