Hmm, strange. This may be caused by another plugin on your site, or perhaps your theme.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Your WooCommerce and WordPress versions are both pretty outdated. My suggestion here would be to focus on updating those (and every other plugin and theme) to their latest versions.

If you have a staging site through your hosting provider, you could try updating that to the latest first, just to make sure everything still functions afterward.

I turned off two plugins from mu-plugins, that could cause errors. But it didn’t help.

I would go further than this. I’d disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Amazon payment gateway. Does the issue work then?

If not, try installing Storefront:
