Plugin doesn’t work properly on Internet explorer or Firefox

    Hello, I hope anyone can help me.
    I have installed the plugin with Chrome and there it works well but it doesn’t work on internet exlorer or firefox. On IE there are all kind of weird signs en on Firerox it displays old information that I have changed. Can anyone help me out?
